EMKA is so well known for our standard hardware ranges that it often goes overlooked that we also have a world class mould production division that not only produces moulds for our own products but also for some very major global companies – this enables us to offer an OEM service of concept, design, prototyping, production proving and main production if required in various materials.
Our team includes experienced engineers for development, design and CNC programming who produce more than 900 moulds for plastic injection moulding, zinc and aluminium die casting on site every year.
Our customers include well-known industry giants such as Hella, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche and Fischer Sports (ski) – initial sample production is carried out directly after mould making at EMKA on one of the many high-quality production machines which are also used for series production.
