As a global leading supplier of standard hardware, we are also acutely aware that much of our customer needs are for custom items – whether slightly modified or completely original. This means that a very quick turnaround development track is required which parallels our normal processes from concept to production/delivery.
Key to this is that the initial sample production is carried out directly after mould making at EMKA on one of the many high-quality production machines which are also used for series production. Everything comes from one single source: initial sample production is done in a real-life production sourrounding, so there are no time lapses which could so easilly arise from corrections and transport loops between mould making and production.
The tests of the initial sample are carried out on ultra-modern devices, which are operated by trained employees of the quality assurance department. In this way, EMKA guarantees quality down to the smallest detail. Through many years of experience, EMKA ensures that mould and machine form a perfect interplay and that all parameters are coordinated. The entire process is carefully documented so that all the necessary settings for series production are directly available to the customer.
After the customer has approved the mould, series production can begin – either at the customer‘s or directly at EMKA‘s site!
